Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg/person
  • simmering water

Instructions

Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.

  • Add 1 tbsp white vinegar to the simmering water and stir to combine. Add one egg from the ramekin at a time, do not crowd make sure that each egg is separate from the others.
  • Set your timer to 3 minutes for a soft runny yolk.
