This Potato Galette is really easy to make and it is a bit of a special side dish as it is pretty and can be served right from the skillet. It goes well with anything roasted, grilled or pan seared. I paired it recently with Golden Pan Seared Chicken and French Green Peas.
Tip : I used a 7" cast iron skillet which holds an ample amount for 4. If you don't have a mandolin, just use a box grater with the slotted side.
