This spice rub is great for lamb chops, lamb lollipops or even leg of lamb. It keeps well in your pantry. Be sure to label the bottle or else you will be making at every time.

Ingredients 

  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and store remainder in a jar with a tight lid.
