Sweet Butter Tartines with JZ Quick Pickle

Ingredients 

  • 1 tbsp Quick Pickle for each slice of bread
  • 1/2 tbsp or more of good quality unsalted butter
  • 1/2 loaf multigrain sour dough bread
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  • Cut as many slices of bread as you would like to serve.
  • Generously spread each slice of bread with good quality unsalted butter, go right to the edges.
  • Measure out quick pickle and drain on a paper towel.
  • Top each slice of bread with quick pickle.
  • Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the quick pickle and let it spill onto the platter.
