  • 1 tbspn Quick Pickle for each slice of bread
  • 1/2 tbspn or more of good quality unsalted butter
  • 1/2 loaf multigrain sour dough bread
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds

  1. Cut as many slices of bread as you would like to serve.
  2. Generously spread each slice of bread with good quality unsalted butter, go right to the edges.
  3. Measure out quick pickle and drain on a paper towel.
  4. Top each slice of bread with quick pickle.
  5. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the quick pickle and let it spill onto the platter.
