Two of my favourites come together in this dish. Tender spring lamb and one of Italy’s most beloved side dishes, cannellini beans. The lamb is wonderfully simple, about ten minutes from pan to plate, yet full of flavour. The cannellini beans come together in roughly the same amount of time, and every minute is worth it. They turn creamy and rich, soaking up aromatics beautifully, and become something truly special with the addition of crème fraîche.
Tender Spring Lamb Meets Crème Fraîche, Charred Broccoli, Aromatics & Creamy Cannellini Beans
Print Pin RateTip : You can roast the broccoli in a hot oven to get that nice char, but you can just as easily microwave it on high for a couple of minutes and get a very similar result.
