I have written about Cubano Sandwiches from our club down south. Well, we had occasion recently to walk down the beach from our condo and head to the beach bar for a Cubano sandwich.
It is just as good as I remember, although smaller than last season. Just means that I was able to finish most of it. That’s all good with me.
Ok, so you could call these holiday ‘snaps’ but so happy to be here in these times, so I had to share. And the sandwich is delicious , but mine is really close.
