Why would any one like to make these? Unless of course you had a deep fryer and you loved potatoes.

I love potatoes, but no deep fryer. There are 2 places in Toronto which I know make these from scratch, our golf club and the Rebel House pub.

There is a 3rd, and that is the Summerhill Market, which is a wonderful place to shop. These crisps are always available and come in various flavors. We have these crisps as a treat with a glass of wine, and I have used them as a nice add-on dish to a tapas table, a bit of crunch and a bit of salt.

It’s  definitely a buy for me!
