Tempura Shrimp makes for a great lunch or a tapas dish. It’s light, fast and yummy. You can serve it with a traditional shrimp cocktail sauce, or, I prefer, a hoisin lime sauce. There are some things that surpass passion for cooking, this is one of them. In this case, I honestly don’t believe that home made shrimp tempura would surpass the frozen tempura available from most grocery stores.
