Ingredients 

  • 1 large or 2 small Granny Smith or Golden Delicious apples peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
  • Peel apples, and using a box grater, grate the apples into a bowl.
  • Add rice wine vinegar, toss to combine and refrigerate until ready to use.
