Apple Slaw is an unbelievably easy, tasty, and delicious side dish, perfect when served with Roast Shoulder of Pork or grilled pork tenderloin.
- 1 large or 2 small Granny Smith or Golden Delicious apples peeled and grated
- 1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
- Peel apples, and using a box grater, grate the apples into a bowl.
- Add rice wine vinegar, toss to combine and refrigerate until ready to use.
