Currywurst is as common in Germany as hot dogs are at a ballpark or from a food truck in the US. Both the name and the combination intrigued me so I thought I would give it a try. The sausage can be any good sausage that you like, I paired mine with another European favorite, and of course, the Curry Ketchup is essential.
