This house dressing comes from a well‑known steakhouse in Tennessee called the Lexington House. It’s served with their signature house salad, a dish they’ve become famous for. I recently used the dressing on my version of a house salad, though I should mention I have several “house salads,” depending on what’s in the fridge and even the weather. Salads just taste better when it’s warm outside. Try both versions, they’re equally delicious.
