Agradolce means sweet and sour in Italian. I added a little hot sauce to my agradolce and created the perfect Pork Tenderloin with Cherry Agradolce for dinner. But don’t limit yourself to serving agradolce with pork. It works well with any lean cut of meat that is pan seared. If you watch any of the cooking channels, you will often hear someone say ‘I’ll just add an agradolce’.
Tip : Allow enough time for the agradolce to become syrupy. This can take up to 40 minutes if you simmer it over low heat.
