Roast Pork Sliders are perfect after you have made a pork roast. We can never eat the whole roast so two-fer lunch ideas are always welcome. Try it with either store bought coleslaw or my recipe for a vinegary/sweet slaw dressing.
Ingredients
- 4-6 slices cold roast pork
- 4 slider buns
- 2-3 tbsp Garlic Aioli
- 1 cup vinegar and oil coleslaw
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Slice 1-2 slices of pork roast per slider.
- Mix aioli or use just plain mayonnaise.
- Combine coleslaw dressing mix with coleslaw mixture, or use store bought coleslaw.
Assembly
- Spread aioli on one side of slider bun, top with slices of roast pork, season with salt and pepper than top with coleslaw.
