Roast Pork Sliders are perfect after you have made a pork roast. We can never eat the whole roast so two-fer lunch ideas are always welcome. Try it with either store bought coleslaw or my recipe for a vinegary/sweet slaw dressing.

Ingredients
  • 4-6 slices cold roast pork
  • 4 slider buns
  • 2-3 tbspn Garlic Aioli
  • 1 cup vinegar and oil coleslaw
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Slice 1-2 slices of pork roast per slider.
  2. Mix aioli or use just plain mayonnaise.
  3. Combine coleslaw dressing mix with coleslaw mixture, or use store bought coleslaw.
Assembly
  1. Spread aioli on one side of slider bun, top with slices of roast pork, season with salt and pepper than top with coleslaw.
