I have cooked so many dishes over the years that it is hard to choose between recipes sometimes when I am planning a dinner party. Before I launched my website, I would bring out my 6-7 handwritten books with favorite recipes, then almost always turn to my favorite cook books.

Being able to see how a dish is meant to look is a very important part of cooking for me. It has to look good as well as taste good, so my many handwritten notes only went so far. I do remember most of the special dinners and events I had documented in my books, but pictures and the ability to sort by my selected topic on-line is so much better! And, as time goes by, my library of recipes keeps growing, so my choices keep expanding.

For this dinner, I really did go international. The dinner is both visually pleasing as well delicious.
