Tips
Toast pine nuts for 5 minutes in a 375° F pre heated oven before serving

Ingredients
  • 1 head red leaf lettuce or bib lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Raspberry Maple Dressing
  • 2/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 12 rings red onion rings
  • 1 tbspn red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbspn toasted pine nuts

Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients before starting recipe
  2. Tear lettuce leaves into bite sized pieces in a large bowl, set aside.
  3. Peel and slice 12 very thin slices of red onion, drizzle with a tablespoon of red wine vinegar and set aside.
Serving
  1. Toss lettuce leaves with 1/3 cup of Raspberry Maple Dressing.
  2. Place salad greens on plates and top with sliced onion, blue cheese crumble and toasted pine nuts.
