This recipe is very old…I used to serve at dinner parties ions ago. Forgotten until friends offered to bring dessert for a recent dinner,  I thought a cheese course would be really nice. Especially as we were planning to serve a very nice sauternes after dinner. It is absolutely delicious, runny, gooey, sweet and salty all at once. Digestive biscuits go really well.
