Brie Tartine has to be one of the easiest small bites to prepare. I used blue cheese brie, but regular brie would be just as delicious. Just top slices of baguette with a slice of brie, turn your oven as high as it will go, and bake the tartine. The bread will be toasted and the brie beautifully melted. Then sprinkle chopped nuts on the melted cheese and add a drizzle of honey. A perfect small bite!
