This French Chocolate Cream Roll Cake is one of the easiest and most delicious desserts I make. It uses a Sponge Cake base and is filled with French Chocolate Cream. I also make a bit of Quick Praline just to finish it off.

- 1 Recipe French Chocolate Cream
- 1 Recipe Quick praline
- 1 Recipe Sponge Cake
Instructions
- Prepare cake using the sponge cake recipe.
- Prepare the French chocolate cream.
- Prepare the pecan praline.
- Sprinkle crushed praline over the frosted cake and place in the freezer until ready to serve.
