- 1 or 2 smoked breasts of duck
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 8-10 mini Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- a drizzle of olive oil

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients before starting recipe
- Score 1 or 2 smoked breasts of duck in a diamond pattern,
- Brush generously with 2 tbsp hoisin sauce.

- Place duck breast on a foil lined cookie sheet along with 8-10 mini Yukon gold potatoes , add a drizzle of olive oil to the potatoes and season with 1 tsp kosher salt and toss to combine. Place in a pre-heated 375° oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and begin to brown.

- Trim 1 lb fresh green beans, place in a microwave safe dish, rinse and cover with clingwrap. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until the beans are crisp tender.
