You can certainly buy balsamic dressing, but here’s the benefit of making your own. You know what you used and you only make enough for one salad at a time and it takes less space in your refrigerarator. Plus, it’s really good!
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tspn honey
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 2 tspn Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tspn kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
- Mix together dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake to combine well. Set aside until ready to serve
