This Sirloin Strip is for when you feel like a simple and delicious grilled steak. Nothing fancy, just good. Add a side of Special Greek Salad or even some baby potatoes and green beans tossed in garlic butter. I find that one steak is enough for two, but ‘if you make two and have any left over, try making a Steak Salad for dinner or lunch another day.

  1. Gather ingredients before starting the recipe.
  2. Remove steak from refrigerator and marinate the steak for at least one hour before grilling.
  3. Pre heat your barbecue on high, and grill steak, with lid down, for 3 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3 minutes. This will grill the steak to a perfect medium rare.
  4. Allow the steak to rest for 5-10 minutes, then cut into slices and serve.
