Martha’s Vineyard Salad is my most popular salad recipe worldwide! A great appetizer or side dish for a lunch with frittata or a quiche, or just make a whole bunch of salad and serve it as the main course.

Tip : Toast pine nuts for 5 minutes in a 375° F pre heated oven before serving
Ingredients
- 1 head red leaf lettuce or bib lettuce
- 1/3 cup Raspberry Maple Dressing
- 2/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 12 rings red onion rings
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp toasted pine nuts
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients before starting recipe
- Tear 1 head red leaf lettuce or bib lettuce into bite sized pieces in a large bowl, set aside.
- Peel and slice 12 rings red onion rings, drizzle 1 tbsp red wine vinegar and set aside.
Serving
- Toss lettuce leaves with 1/3 cup Raspberry Maple Dressing.
- Place salad greens on plates and top with sliced onion, 2/3 cup crumbled blue cheese and 3 tbsp toasted pine nuts.
