This is such a fun way to serve sausage on a bun. It takes no more time than slipping a sausage into a hot dog roll, but the pinwheel presentation on a brioche bun looks so much more eye‑catching. It’s simple, quick, and a great little twist on a classic. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 whole Italian sausages
- 2 brioche buns (6-inches each)
- 3 tbsp Curry Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Quick Pickle
- micro greens for garnish
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe.
- Transfer 2 whole Italian sausages into a small skillet and cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes or until the sausages are nicely browned on all sides. Remove from heat and rest until cool enough to slice.
- Spread 1 tablespoon or so of Curry Ketchup on the bottom of each bun.
- Slice sausages on a diagonal and place the slices on the bun in a pinwheel pattern.
- Top sausages with 1 generous helping of Quick Pickle.
- Garnish with micro greens.
