Easter is a special time for many people around the world and it appears this year Easter coincides with both the Christian and the Greek calendar. This is fantastic as Easter for me is lamb and lamb is featured in both of these celebrations.

For this post, I decided to highlight a traditional Greek lamb dish, Lamb Kleftiko, which I have made many times over the years and built a menu around this delicious lamb dish for dinner parties in the past. It is a perfect dinner party menu as well as a holiday dinner menu. It is slowly cooked, all of the courses can be done ahead of time allowing you to enjoy friends and family on this festive occasion.
