Sometimes a color starts the dinner party menu planning process for me. In this case, I knew I wanted to make Bloody Mary Linguine, which is red and has tomatoes, and the menu evolved into the Love Apple Dinner Party (love apple means tomato) Menu. From this color cue, the dinner was made up of the following courses.

I really enjoyed planning and creating this menu. There were six of us for the dinner and we all had a really great time, lot’s of conversation, good wine and laughs….pre pandemic!
