This Curried Fruit side dish is a nice change to a traditional vegetable side dish. It goes especially well with Brown Sugar Glazed Country Ham.
Ingredients
- 1 10 oz can peaches drained
- 1 10 oz can pears drained
- 1 10 oz can apricots drained
- 1 8 oz can pineapple drained
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp curry powder
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
- Pre heat oven to 325F°
- Arrange 1 10 oz can peaches, 1 10 oz can pears, 1 10 oz can apricots, and 1 8 oz can pineapple in a glass 9x13 dish.
- Add 1/3 cup melted butter butter to a small bowl and combine with 3/4 cup brown sugar and 3 tbsp curry powder and pour mixture over the fruit. Stir to combine.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for 60 minutes.
