What’s not to like about toasted pepperoni slices, like those on top of your favorite pepperoni pizza? I thought that this would be a great small bite with a cocktail before dinner. I used pre sliced pepperoni, but I have also used very thinly sliced salami, your choice.
Ingredients
- 30-40 slices pepperoni or salami sliced very thinly
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 400°
- Place thinly sliced pepperoni or salami on an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet or on a rack over the sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the pepperoni or salami begins to curl and sizzle.
- When done, place on a paper towel and then move the chips to a small bowl and serve.
