There really is no recipe for this delightful summer pre dinner nibble. Just buy the freshest radishes, I was lucky enough to find white radishes as well. Scrub them well, leave some with leaves on, cut some in half, leave some whole and set them out with a small dish of sweet butter and sea salt.
