Tip : You can substitute all of the spices with a store bought good curry powder instead.

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 red bell pepper finely diced
  • 1/2 small onion finely diced
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground corriander
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen spring peas

Instructions

Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe

  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a mediaum skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/2 small onion finely diced and sauté until the onions and the peppers are soft, about 4 minutes.
  • Add 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp ground turmeric, 1/2 tsp ground corriander, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 kosher salt and 1/4 tsp ground black pepper and stir to combine.
  • Add 1 cup frozen spring peas and stir to combine. Cook until the peas are warmed through and the water from the frozen peas has mostly evaporated.
