Roasted Red Apples and Onions make a versatile side dish, good for any season and honestly, good with pork, chicken and even turkey. It’s pretty and great when paired with Maple Glazed Bacon Wrapped Pork tenderloin. Both dishes take about the same amount of time to prepare and cook and both can be done in under 30 minutes.
