This Spiced and Seasoned Roasted Veggie Platter is ideal for a buffet or as an appetizer for a party. You can make it easily by buying broccoli and cauliflower florets as well as sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed, already prepared. Just add a few carrots and you have a wonderful platter.
Tip : The prep time allows for starting with vegetables that have to be peeled, sliced and cut into bite sized pieces. The cook time allows for 2 different cook times roasted in 2 batches.
